Our Seventh Decade - The 1990s

JLT experienced a renaissance of sorts during this era.  As they were now exclusivly a traveling company, sets and props and lighting got simpler.  More and more, JLT shows had to rely on good acting!  The wildly successful experiment with dinner theater flourished during this era.  While ticket sales never recovered to their previous high, the theatre was very successful financially.  This success culminated in a new first for Janesville community theater:  JLT purchased a building of its own.  We would never be homeless again.
