From housewife to worker, young bride to nurse, mother to widow, and now, young woman to soldier, these are tales of sacrifice, love, determination, and hope told by those who bravely persevere on the home front and on the battlefield.

TERMS OF ENDEARMENT by Dan Gordon
Feb.9-10-11 & 16-17-18, 2024
Director Rosemarie Kettle
A beautiful adaptation of a movie classic, using a light touch to illuminate the deepest and most important expressions of compassion and human decency. Dan Gordon’s brilliant rewriting of 1983’s blockbuster film takes the theater audience through 23 years of mother-daughter conflict and angst. There is not a wasted word.
EARLY ONE EVENING AT THE RAINBOW BAR AND GRILLE by Bruce Graham
April 19-20-21 and 26-27-28, 2024
Director Stephen Ellis
This is a wonderful, off-beat variation on the saloon situation comedy. Nuclear bombs have destroyed much of the U.S. and various denizens of this working-class bar are trying to decide what to do. Enter a travelling salesman who turns out to be is God, come to offer the bartender immortality if he will write a new Bible and get it right this time.
(Tickets for the above performances will be available for purchase at www.janesvillepac.org or by calling 608.758.0297)
